It is also agreed that ONLY binding Arbitration will be used and it is accepted by all as the only way to settle disputes.

MauiFishHooks.com at it's option may refund the price paid for any fish hook necklace at any point and the consumer, purchaser, or any party that has a claim agrees that the amount of refund will fully satisfy any and all claims.
MauiFishHooks.com at its option may cancel and not deliver any order. A full refund would then be processed to the original form of payment.
